The Youth Council Opinion Board “TYCOB” is a website where people can give and see opinions on issues that are important to them.  They will get a chance to exchange ideas and engage in healthy debates.  On this site we will try to bridge the generational gap between teens and adults by discussing issues that are important in today’s society.
